A Sunday Song from Sharon (Again, I Say Rejoice)
Hey there Sunday Song Fam and Friends,
Happy New Year, and welcome to the first Sunday of 2019! Hope you enjoyed the holiday season.
Well, I ended 2018 rejoicing (with my selection of Richard Smallwood’s “Rejoice”), and I’m going to start out the new year the same way. Same message, different song.
Today’s Sunday Song is called “Again, I Say Rejoice” by one of my favorites, Israel Houghton. That’s right, as in — I said “rejoice” before, and now I’m saying it “again.” It’s taken from Philippians 4:4, which says “Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.”
I pray with all my heart that you will keep rejoicing throughout the coming year. Yes, some times may be good and some times may be not so good, but if you keep the joy of the Lord in your heart at all times, you should be able to rejoice in His presence no matter what the circumstances. Keep the Lord always on your mind.
