Today, we want to wish all the fathers, grandfathers, uncles, godfathers, fathers-in-law, and all those who act as fathers a Happy Father’s Day. We love them dearly and we know that God has truly blessed us with fathers to love, guide, and protect us so let us joyously celebrate our fathers today. And most importantly let us celebrate our Heavenly Father!
As I did on Mother’s Day, I want to send the message to our fathers that they are blessed to be in the care of God our Father. So I have selected as today’s Sunday Song Fred Hammond’s “We’re Blessed.” It says “We’re blessed in the city, we’re blessed in the field, we’re blessed when we come and when we go.” May our fathers be blessed everywhere they go and in every situation they encounter. And may we know that we are blessed to have fathers in our lives.
