A Sunday Song from Sharon (Magnificent Rose)
Hey there Sunday Song Fam and Friends,
Good morning! Hope you’re still living in the joy of Easter.
I have a question for you this morning. What do you call Jesus? He goes by many names. Some call Him Friend, Savior, or Hosanna. He is known to many as Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, King of Kings, Lord of Lords and Prince of Peace. So many names for our wonderful Jesus!
But have you ever heard Him called the Rose of Sharon? Probably a less commonly used name than some of the others, but definitely a magnificent name by which we should know Him.
I want to re-introduce my song, Magnificent Rose. It sums up beautifully the sentiment behind the Rose of Sharon–the One who sacrificed His life for us. I believe the Lord has shown me that this song will go very far.
