I have a question for you this morning. How’s your prayer life? I know that sometimes it’s hard to pray–you don’t always know the right things to say and it can be intimidating to some to talk to the God of the whole universe. But it’s important to remember that praying is just having a conversation with God, like having a conversation with a good friend. It doesn’t have to be formal. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be real and heartfelt.
So be comforted knowing that whatever is going on in your life, you can take it to the Lord in prayer. Take it to your wonderful friend and confidant, Jesus Christ. He is a friend like no other!
